1. Acceptance of Terms

PostOps ("the Service") is operated by Blue Blip Tech LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostOps lets you order social media engagement services (such as followers, likes and views). Delivery times and results depend on the social media platforms involved.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. Logging in requires your password and a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Orders, Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: each order is paid when you place it, through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay and is fixed at checkout. The minimum order total is $0.50.
  • Fulfilment: your order starts once payment is confirmed.
  • Refunds: if your order cannot be fulfilled, you are refunded in full. If an order is cancelled or only partly delivered, you are refunded for the part not delivered. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal activities
  • Spam or fraudulent purposes
  • Violating any third-party rights
  • Attempting to breach security measures

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the links you submit and the services you order comply with the terms of the platforms involved and with applicable laws.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

PostOps is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Blip Tech LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
